HOW HEAVY IS THE LOCK?
The 59.85mm braided steel loop 1.8 metre cable is held securely in one position and takes most the weight.

As you can see in the images (Cavapoo) the weight of the combination lock is comfortable for all dog breeds including medium and small dogs.
CAN YOU SEND IT AS A GIFT?
All orders are delivered in a quality postal gift box, let us know the name of the dog and any other message and we'll be sure include it.

The combination lock is easy to set and change, however we offer to do that for you (free service) or the person you're sending to.
PS We include the new number in the box.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We provide all customers with a 30 day no quibbles refund if they are not satisfied with the DOGTIE lock, simply return the DOGTIE through the post (at your cost) with your customer number and we will process the refund within 5Â working days of receiving the returned items.
HOW SECURE IS THE LOCK?
Unlike a standard dog lead and collar, the DOGTIE Dog Lock cannot be unclipped when locked, it cannot be broken or easily cut.
We are so confident with the DOGTIE that we guarantee it for life, if your dog is stolen because the cable is cut, please send us the cut item and we will refund your original purchase price.
IS MY DOG SAFE?
The loop fits around your dogs neck exactly like any dog collar.
When locked , the cable stays in place and will not loosen or tighten making it as safe as using your own dog lead and collar.
